About The Bean:
From a young age Victor Felix has been around coffee and learned everything about the crop through his parents. After he married, he bought his own farm in the rural area of Pitalito, south of the Huila region and started producing coffee along with his wife Blanca Rubi and named his farm La Fortuna as he knew right away that this piece of land will bring good fortune and luck. It has been 35 years since and 3 years ago they made the switch to specialty coffee because Victor Felix was keen to learn more about improving the cup-quality and the his coffee trees.
