Delivery Fee - Wholesale & Bulk Customers
Delivery fee will be applicable for all wholesale and bulk customer orders. It will be charged according to the weight and cubic size of your order and your location. Submitting the wholesale order does not reserve the units ordered nor are you obligated to proceed with the order.
Once you submit a wholesale order, we will send you a check out link with shipping quote. If you wish not to proceed with the order, you can request to cancel the order. For more information, please visit our Wholesale & Bulk Information Center.
Dispatch Time
Please allow up to 48 hours for your orders to be dispatched.
Tracking
Once your order is packed and en route to you, we will send you an email with a tracking number with tracking instructions.
Delivery
If you are not home at the time of delivery, your parcel may have been:

- redirected to the post office and you have been left a calling card; or
- left at a safe location at your address.
Please check your tracking to locate your parcel. If your parcel has been redirected to your local post office, you can collect your parcel with a Photo ID.
